We produce highly technical plastic mould tooling for a vast variety of applications. Our injection mould tools can be created with interchangeable parts allowing the production of complex multi element components.
Specialists in the development of blow mould tools. Our in house team can design and manufacture blow mould tooling in various sizes ranging from microparts to approximately 75 litres with the capacity to produce multi layered components.
As a highly customer service driven company, we strive to offer as many solutions in house as possible. Whether that is on-site repair or refurbishment of older tooling, right through to realisation of ideas and testing the viability of material options.
As a leading tooling manufacturer we know that focusing on what is important allows our process to deliver the right tool for your exact application, taking into account all the fine details and exact specification. With a variety of production machines at our disposal, we produce high quality, high precision tools for a wide range of plastic moulding markets.
We have a vastly experienced team on hand to accompany you through a wide range of services from design, prototyping and manufacture to tooling inspection and repair. No matter the size of your project, or the stage in which you are at, our in-house team can help you stay ahead of the competition when completing your idea.
Offering a wide range of tooling for the electronics market from the supply of small to large scale components to integrated tooling systems. Products range from closure cases through to microchip and fibre optic encapsulation.
Our capabilities include injection/insert/overmoulding and twin shot capabilities, we also offer metal part replacement with cost and weight saving advantages and in many cases superior performances and enhanced safety.
We have a team that understands the requirement for your plastic packaging, whether that is understanding the ecological and environmental impact on life cycles, packaging applications, closure designs or different wall thickness requirements.
With a regularly occurring requirement for high production, high complexity material components, our experienced tooling team work closely with our clients to develop precise components for “mission” critical applications.
The polymer used for the customers product has to evolve and adapt, to ensure products remain safe, compliant and meet legislation requirements, while allowing marketing and product innovation.
We organise a confidential fact finding meeting to allow us to fully discuss your business and your requirements.
Once we understand your requirements we produce a detailed quotation and provide details of our production processes/stages, prototyping and all the minute details unique to your tooling.
Our prototyping department can have an idea transformed into a solid model in as little as 5 days. Clients are kept informed at all stages ensuring the prototype takes shape exactly as required adjusting to any discoveries made during this stage.
Following successful completion of the prototyping stage, we provide a meticulous specification for the tooling design and designate the correct manufacturing route to ensure the appropriate construction.
Dependant on your tooling specification, we have a variety of manufacturing machines, wire eroding, CNC fixed axis milling and spark erosion, all available to ensure we can create durable, reliable and high precision mould tools.
Once the manufacturing process is complete, we are happy to offer tool trials and/or small production runs dependant on your requirement, demonstrating the finished tool in an actual production environment.
