Precision Plastic Mould Tools for the Medical Industry

Tooling designed for syringes, bladder irrigation systems, baby monitors, incubation systems and more…

Within the medical industry we know plastic components can usually be very intricate, yet robust and possibly minute in scale. Everyday, in partnership with our customers, we are exploring and discovering new applications and better ways of delivering treatments using plastic components.

Our skilled R&D team understand the levels of accuracy required, and can manage the most complex of demands to ensure the component produced is nothing less than flawless, as required for medical grade component tooling.

We specialise in producing tooling for parts required in extremely high volume, resistant to high levels of heat and pressure remaining integral when they come into contact with chemicals.

Saving lives with innovative drug delivery medical grade plastics

Working in partnership with an overseas medical company, we have been part of the team to create a new innovative life changing product. Designed as a carefully considered set of plastic components, the single use delivery device was created to allow drugs to be administered without the requirement to reuse needles.

Delivered in a sterile clean state, the single dose plastic system is tamper preventative and minimises the waste of contaminated material when disposing.

Working as part of the project team we have a product that healthcare and non healthcare workers alike can use in outreach programs, enabling pre-filled vaccine delivery across the globe while protecting against inappropriate needle reuse in the developing world.

We are confident in ensuring we deliver tooling that lives up to expectation & we strive to cement a successful and on-going relationship with all our clients.
